Hey everyone,

I just went to use my new laptop that i got for christmas, only to discover, that I have a green screen of death! :eek:

I am really angry about it. because now i have to use the crappy desktop PC i used to use.:d

There has to be a way to fix this! there is also a message that comes up saying:

"this application has failed to start because PROPYSYS.dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Help?:confused:

I will be contacting my computer wizz tomorrow to see if he can figure it out.As for tonight though, I will just have to use a computer not even worthy of playing pacman (jokes!):devious: and sleep on it.

I believe you're going to have to end up reinstall windows (try out linux while you're at it).

Oh crap! That's why you're not on MSN! I recommend LINUX as well. Try installing Ubuntu via Wubi. But TRY your previous Windows config. Sorry man, this sucks. It's GREEN? Isn't it normally the blue screen of death? Does your crappy PC have msn?

UPDATE: I contacted Acer today, and they are sending a courier to pick it up so that they can get it to Sydney, where the repair centre is located.So in about a week from now I SHOULD have it back.:D

I as well sugest you give Linux and Ubuntu a try. If you get Windows working again try a virtual machine to test out Ubuntu to see how you like it.
