I also have the gap on IE (didn't on 7 but I do on 8).
But I don't have the gap on aol.

yeah I downloaded it last week I meant to reinstall 7 cause it was going all crazy. I typed in "download internet explorer" and I saw 8 and it was mircosoft website so I thought what the heck.

yes there is IE Beta 2 out right now.. some of the feature are a welcome. Unlike Firefox, and I belive MS did this until web delvelpors change there site to the newer html code layout, they offer a Compatibilty View mode, which will drop the site back to IE 7 standards until they comply with the current standards.
mdrc if I push the compatibility button will the gaps go away? I know this one was also messed up till I did a search and found the no add on IE and have been using that.

yes the gap should go away.. I personally haven't seen the gap in IE 8, but the forum itself and the gallery to the left are out of there place under 8 standards
you can also take a site back out of Compatibility mode
Ok it worked but I can't do it on the regular I get website restore error so I have no gap here but runnin with no add-ons so it'll work for now
google chrome 2.0 has the gap... but it's on random posts...
no consistency what so ever..

same here i get it on some posts and some arent , jang has the gap on all the posts of his i see. and some others , but its random , and i am on Firefox 3.0.11 so i am not sure whats going on lol.
