Mp3 format help? i think

hey there


just a question about audio formats and mp3 stuff..

i know its possible for the whole 30+ songs on a cd but they have to be in mp3 form and such.

i just want to know how to convert my audio files to mp3 or make them transfer to a cd in this format.

i've tried using windows media player, right clicking the song and sending it to the wmp audio converter and converting it to mp3 but thats not it. well it may be but its not working out for me.


all input and advice is greatly appreciated.

tried just writing them using widows explorer?
take the MP3 formatted file, and drag it to the CD.
you'll get the list of all the songs once you've dragged them there, and over on the left you'll have the option to "write these files to CD-RW" or something like that.

that's to the best of my memory...

i know how you feel, i can never make CDs that play in the Tahoe or Silverado.
they don't do MP3s right from the factory :-/

Pretty sure you can make iTunes rip into mp3 format, then make a data cd of it.

i dont use itunes, and im not sure what your talking about with the whole dragging files to the burn to cd section and such.

im not sure how to do this.

Just download itunes. import all your music to it, then use the "burn mp3 cd" option. download it and someone can walk you through it.
