You can always have a house near some body like Time Warner then pay a bunch of money and have a fiber line to them. Thats how my friends server is so fast. 100mbps surges and 30mbps constant. Pretty quick if you ask me. And thats just his server, the guy that lets him use his line has 100mbps constant, I mean thats craziness.
