everythings huge?

I woke up this morning and turned on my compter to see that everything is twice the size it should be.

can anyone tell me how to put it back to normal?

looks like your resolution is set to 640x480
right click on your desktop, properties, settings tab , drag up to your correct resolution (800x600?)
