until any of you have played it don't talk trash. I reserved one to re-sell but ended up keeping it and it is the most fun I have ever had on any gaming console.

You would look kind of "stoopid" if you didn't know how to spell stupid......oh wait......

I also have one and it's really fun. It gets you off your rear end and gets you more into the game. I know there is the thought that, "oh I'd feel stupid or oh that's dumb", but it's actually quite fun. The console isn't aimed for the "hardcore" gamer. It's aimed for everybody.

I'm looking to get one when I have the $$ for it. It looks like it's got alot of good lunch titles, i'll be sure to pick up Zelda. I don't like the ps3, I played it once at bestbuy, and I didn't like it. Plus to me it has way to much hype.

The Wii is fun. You know how little kids, when they play driving games, move the controller like its a steering wheel? Now you can really do that while playing ExciteTruck! BTW, why did Jamesly69 make a new account?

You wouldn't be able to use a regular stick movement controller for the sports games, or any other games really. BTW, it doesn't take long at all to get used too. Maybe after an hour or two of play, you will be used to it.

It's called the classic controller and I believe it's for playing games that you buy at the Wii shop (which is online, and is accessed through the Wii itself), which are like N64 games and old games like that or maybe also for gamecube games (not sure). For gamecube games you have to use gamecube controllers.

it would have to be for the games from the Wii shop, because you probably wont be able to use the wii-mote (heh, cute aint it?) for those older games. I know for a fact you cant because nintendo isnt re-doing the older games so you can.

I for one cant wait for my Wii, i can picture it now......playing Zleda for hours on end and running around hyrule just being stupid ....then realize im failing half my classes cuz i spent to much time with the wii. it'll be bitter sweet. And i agree with whoever said the PS3 had to much hype, i dislike it for that reason as well, people think its so great......yea throw away 600 dollars that couldve gone to paying for a car for a game system, GREAT! the only reason id get one is for final fantasy 13, im just crazy about those games......well i'll shut up now....

See, I've spent $600 on a console this year, obviously the nintendo wii, but $600 bought me 4 games at $50 each, a classic control 2 extra nunchucks, 2 extra wiimotes, a sling bag and not to mention the wii with wii sport and wimote/nunchuck. Now who do you think is having more fun, ME, or my frined who camped 3 days for a ps3.
