**Battlefield 2142 Demo!**

Can't believe I was still playing Halo 2! Yesterday my bro showed me the new Battlefield 2142 demo and its awesome. Its online/multiplayer. :)

Im really into ALL the battlefields (own all but this one/dad has it though), but Im really not into this one... Its just to futuristic... I think my favourite is still #2, or Vietnam..Anyone here play online on PC at all??

It's a pretty interesting game, definitely very intense! Half the time I don't even know what's going on.

Too bad it didnt download for me, my comp is getting old and doesnt even have DirectX 9.0c compatible video card.. whatever that is.. ill get my bro to get one for me.

I would start out sniping or in any combat vehicle (walkers are awesome). You dont die as much. I like the engineer so you can blow up things :)

i f***ing hate 2142, its fricken halo with titans and a battlefield name.

bf2 the original is soo much better, only differences in the games is new graphics, new vehicles and guns, and easier to fly helicopters.

no improvements in game play.

I can't play 2142 cause I have a laptop that wasn't designed for gaming. I do play Battlefield 2:MC on XBox though, I'm on live alot if you wanna play with me (Gamertag: Guitardrumr).

Ye, the demo is somthing like over 1G?? If my memory serves me right. But I think the reason I dont like this is the hole halo history this brings back up.

P.S: Hate Halo enough to start a fanclub of haters about it.:p

I have all the battelfields and i used to have bf2 but my darn computer cant take it, so i sold it to my firend for 40 bucks. I never even thought about playing on the internet cause we just got high speed! Ill have to try it. We need to fight some time, or be on the same team.

Ye, during the day is when I get to waste all because most of the noob's are on than and Ill get usually 1-2 on my team for kills. At night like 12-3am is when its real fun becasue thats when I find alot of real good people get on (makes it more difficult). For anyone who play Vietnam online ill most likely be on server that plays only operation Irving. The name is TheBrat.

I tried online play but it says I have the wrong version on bf vietnam and 1942. How do i fix this?

Ooo, go on ea sports and see if you can download the newer versions (patches, new kits...etc). And download it than you should be able to play.
