I know there is a free program out there for skinning WinXP, but I can't seem to find it. Help?

You're thinking of WIndows Blinds. Get at http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/downloads.asp

I did find that, but the demo only works for 60 days. I do remember a similar program that I had on my first laptop a couple years ago, but since that laptop died and wasn't worth fixing, I have no way to find out what it was.

i have some little thing i downloaded that makes it so you can install any visual style or theme you want. I think its called ux theme or something like that. But right now I have a black/shiny theme goin. take a look. BTW I made that background using terragen.

I use Style XP which is free, intuitive and has a good number of free skins/themes avaliable. Just google it.

Well if you need to get a free program try "the usual places".
