Well, today started out simple enough, woke up, went to freshmen orientation, got back, read a book for a while, then, the door bell rang! Who could it be? Low and behold, it was the UPS man with my new Dell XPS 400! W00T! Uber Pwnage in a box. I hooked it up and installed my Wifi Card, Halo, Joint Ops, and a few other programs, and MAN! This this is so fast and awesome! I love everything about it. Runs almost completely silently, Awesome audio with the sound blaster HD and woofer, and the graphics really blow me away. Ill post up a pic in the computer section soon, I know that most of you probably dont car, but I just wanted you to know that I had a good story to tell. And now I can spend more time here since my old comp fried and I had to bum time on my mom's. Well, Im gonna go play Joint Ops or something, keep it classy.
Getting a new computer is the best feeling in the world! I'm happy for ya man! :)
Yea Today I woke up and Dell called my house saying we owe a bill of 3558 dollars!
Can you say BS?

How about when you get parts for a computer since you don't buy them? That's always a good feeling. ;)

You can't build a Mac out of individual components.

i love seagates i think new hardrive or some brand. you can fit 720 gig internal! instead of the lines going verticle they go horizontal on the disk and you can fit more data on it but itll proly be more than 60 bucks lol.
Yea, I love this new computer, its soooo awesome. Sound, speed, and graphics are amazing. I have yet to try out windows media center though...

One game you should try is Far Cry. I finished the game about 5 months ago, now I'm back playing it again on a higher difficulty level (with my friend Wes watching). It's rough on my computer, and my computer isn't all that bad (AMD Athlon 64 3000+, ATI 9600 AIW 128mb, 1gb ram, SATA150 HD, Creative Sound Blaster Audigy ZS). It actually freezes up my video card, at which point I get the game back about 50% of the time, and the other 50% of the time it either freezes completely or just goes black. And to think, this is with the graphics settings on medium-low!
yup its your vid card making it freeze, even with my 9800pro it can get laggy.
Yeah, it gets especially laggy in the jungle, so much that I can't even shoot!

Not your processor.:p Maybe not your graphics card. I don't know about that though...
My Processor is better, my graphics card is better, my sound card is better with the Blaster HD, my hard drive is bigger. I think that covers it. :D

No sir, your processor is not better. I do give you everything else though, which you got for cheaper. Just wait until I build my own computer though.;)
He has a PC.
I was saying that I've never built a computer, so I cannot relate to being able to say "unless you build it yourself." Therefore, my joy is his joy, as he purchased a computer and didn't do the "elitist" thing of building it as you so proclaim.
I cannot build a PC, I am a computer building moron. I hate wiring and stuff. Im lazy! Off to Target! Ill update with the games i get!
