you should be able to login to windows, once there install your ISP's software, then get online.

I can't log into Windows at all unless I get online. I think I'll just call and try to get it activated or whatever that way...

Well, I called the special phone number just for activation and in about a minute my comp was up and running again. The only thing I had to do was move the necessary components into the office for a wired internet connection. Thanks guys for the suggestions.
