Please help, Computer NOOB

Alright, I have no idea where to start. I have a late 90s computer, a Dell. It says on the tower thingy Dimension 4100. It has the ME program thing and it sucks. It takes as long on high speed as it did on dial up. :mad:

I usually get the pics on here through an Epson Picturemate. I slide the SD card into the printer and turn it on. The USB is plugged in nice and tight, but it won't accept the pics.

What's going on?!?!?!

This may sound idiotic, but have you tried unplugging it, then plugging it back in, then rebooting?

You dont have the drivers installed. Did your printer come with a installation disk? Try re-installing it.

We do have something called adware and norton anti-virus or something like that.

Scan for viruses/spam/spyware and see if it helps then.

That can also be it. But, I am pretty sure its the drivers that arent installed. Does your computer say "new hardware found" at the start up of it?

Step one: unplug said computer.

Step 2: open window.

Step 3: proceed to throw computer from window.

Seriously though, your problem could be lots of things. I would say you just need to update your drivers and reboot.

Step 4: Get in car

Step 5: Drive to ANY computer store

Step 6: Buy a computer made in the year 2006
