I have a dell, and the way I wipe the pc clean is to restart the pc, then I press some buttons which brings up the restore "to when I first got my pc" I've done it before, I just forget those simple keys you press when the pc is booting up. Anyone know which keys I press. thanks.

Well, it's generally different for each PC, since I'm pretty sure what your talking about is going through the bios. Given that it's a PC running windows though, I'd hazard a guess that F12 will get you into the bios. I believe F3 might be the setup options. Again, it's different for different PCs, but try those. Just remember not to change settings if you don't know what they do.

You can also try hitting the "pause/break" button during the boot up screen. Once the computer stops (you'll know it has stopped when the cursor will just sit there flashing and nothing happens) hit the delete button a couple times and that should take you to the BIOS setup screen.

I think its crt+F11 for lappys and F2 for desktops

but go to dells web site and look at the FAQ's or better yet call them. thats what the tech support is for.
