Is building a new pc really that hard?

Once you buy all the parts, don't you just hook em up and you're ready to go. Because after seeing ND4SPDR's case makes me want to get that case. But, I can't find it online anywhere where they build the pc for you. Do you know what I mean. The pc case is made by AeroCool...its the extremengine 3t if anyone wants to take a gander. What do you guys think?

As long as you know what's compatible with what and how ot tweak with the bios you'll be fine.

Essentially, it is just putting parts together. However, upon your first startup, you realize that certain parts really don't play well with others. I started out by upgrading simple stuff in store bought, then I built mine from barebones. My next one is going to be from scratch.

If you could, I would wait untill they figure out what DirectX10 is going to require. Build a vista ready pc.
