Yes, finally I have put together a good server to run CS: Source for us. You can connect at 24.255.182.235:17015! I am admin so if some of you want to become admin in the future let me know.

Its running WinXP, 1GB Ram, 2.8ghz Pentium 4 with HyperThreading. The internet connection is 4mbps down and 2mbps up.
