I bought a new pc and it comes with this ^^ video card. So, how is it. I know nothing about it. Will I be able to play Age of Empires III with this card?

All I can tell you is that it sucks. I'm not familiar with that game, but I'm sure it won't play it very well.
As for the age of empires II then age of mithology, age of empries III will be awesome.

Well I want to be able to connect two monitors so you can drag your mouse cursor from one screen to the next...if you know what i mean. What video card or adaptor do I need?

my video card has an s-video out so I use my tv as the extra screen. You want a video card with dual monitor support, not sure which ones have it though.
It isnt a "card" as it is integrated (hence the name) into the motherboard. So what you wanna do is get something like THIS (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102578)
And use the included adapter to used the second moniter.
I do need you to tell me if your new computer has PCI-Express or AGP
