I need some help here. Since ZipZoomFly's return policy is only 15 days, can anyone tell me why my ATX power supply motherboard connector is 2 pins short of the connector on the motherboard? Here's a pic: (BTW: It's an Ultra X-Connect 500watt psu if that matters)
Here is the pic (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v67/penguinrusty/power.jpg)

Are there pins in the last two sockets?

It is actually four pins short, many older motherboards use a 20-pin power connector, while newer ones now use 24-pins. Just something you have to check on while you're buying your parts. I don't know of any fixes to convert a 20-pin to 24-pin so you're most likely going to need a new PSU. Newegg.com is good about either telling you the amount of pins on the mobo connector, or providing a good picture where you can count, so look there.

DFI's policy toward that issue is that you NEED a full ATX2.0 compliant psu otherwise it will void the NF4 lanparty series warranty.
So yes, a 24pin NATIVE psu required.

What about a converter, as seen here: http://www.xoxide.com/ultra-x-connect-24-pin-power-kit-uv-blue.html

Read above. PSU needs to support 24pin w/out adapters
