When the outdoor track is open is it for racing only or can you go sometime to drive around the track?

you can go to drive free practice but they close all the tracks except the one their racing on when they do race to prevent radio interference

i'm going up to practice next week monday, wednesday and maybe thursday. neone racing offroad next sunday? i can't decide if i want to race 1/8 or in the small block monster trucks
