I will try to attract as many members from other forums onto this regional forum to help out as there aren't many Aussies on this board at the moment. Any of you can do the same because the Australian forums need special attention.

I'm from Albury, N.S.W and I race at WRCCC (Wodonga) and Shepparton is only an hours drive from where I am. We do plan to move up to Brisbane in the future. My mum has a vacant job position up there and I wouldn't mind the living the lifestyle over there.

Hi Again, I will be soon moving to Canberra and I will be keen to start racing ST stock and Mod. I have been looking on the web at the ACT Clubs and it looks pretty healthy. It looks as though there are a few clubs down there, is this correct. Also there looks as though it isn't far to surround clubs. Are there any intercity meets around the area and if so who with.
Any info about the ACT scene would be great. Thanks.

ACTRCCC - ACT Radio Control Car Club.
Racing Every Week on Sunday at a carpark in Jenke Circuit, Kambah A.C.T. 1st and 3rd Week of the Month is Electric Onroad. 2nd and 4th Week of the Month is Gas Onroad.

ACTMCRC - ACT Model Car Racing Club.
Not sure what the yearly race schedule is, but they will have their next offroad meet on November 10th.

We are currently doing battle with the local council to find a permininent venue for a new ofroad track. The on road scene is also preety healty here.

hi mate, our LHS mech has a giga crusher which is pretty impressive. good luck with the new offroad track, maybe if you promise to put flower gardens all around, the local council may look more favourable on it. You can then open it for the flower festival. r/c and flowers (beautiful).

Our LHS doesn't carry Losi. Only Associated, Duratrax, Traxxas etc. If you are really keen on the Mini LST then perhaps you should order it offline from a store like www.towerhobbies.com or www.ultimatehobbies.com

Have you considered buying something like a B4 and racing it at the Lincoln Causeway?

Our LHs only gets Traxxas, Duratrax, Losi and hpi, but he gets all the good aftermarket manufactorers like pro-line and so on,

I envy you dude. Which part of the Gold Coast do you live in? I want to move there. The girls, the hot cars, the beautiful weather, the beach. Everything is there. My old man said to me that the Gold Coast was better then Hawaii.
