My uncle was uber generous and gave me a bunch of spare computer parts for my birthday while i was spending 3 weeks with him in july. Its not the greatest specs. but its not horrible for being free and just to goof on.
P3 500meg ( wish it had more ! lol)
512 ram (hehe...never thought id do that on a P3)
then its got the Nvidia Ge force 4 440 MX for vid.c
Like i said..not the best at all. But for playing starcraft and other low end games and just browsing, its not too shabby.
Well yesterday i blew 140$ on a starlogic 19inch CRT monitor. Its great.
All i need is a Wireless NIC so i can use the net...for now ive got our old one, my mom wont let me use hers. But i figure ill just get the same on that this comp has and only spend around 20-30$. Then im going to pick up some creative labs speaks for around 63$. they are really nice. But not essential yet. Im hoping to get a job and more cash and be able to build another one but much better by mid summer. At least i got the monitor.
