not to hi-jack your thread but for those of you who dont know, the xbox 360 will be out in fall of this year (probably november) and halo 3 will be released the same day the ps3 is.

I've heard rumors of it being $500 at release. And rumors of it being $300 so I guess we'll see what the price is when it comes out. Most likely it will be $300 like the PS2 was at release.

ive also heard the games may eventually go up to 60 for the ps3 and 360

One thing I like about the XBOX is the fact that you don't need memory cards to save. Everything saves to the hard drive. Games are already expensive enough, they don't need to be more. But if they raise the prices, people will still buy them. Whenever I buy a game it is usually an older game that I can get for like $20. I don't play my XBOX enough to spend $50 on a game.
