older rx7 racing game?

ok well i remember i use to play a older racing simulation on my computer where you would drive an older rx7 around a large track and you could change the car colour and graphics, all the setting of the car (camber, toe in, etc) it was really fun to play. but i cant remember the name of the game.

can anyone think of what this was called?

PS: you could download the game from the net and everything (i think it was like 200MB or something, cant remember)

I don't know what game it is, doesn't sound lke Racer which was my first thoughts, as Racer uses user created programs to adjust such things.
