I managed to find someone who wants to buy my computer for $400. So here's the specs on the new one I'm building:

Mobo and processor: Gigabyte K8NS pro, nVidia nForce 3 chipset, and AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1212877&CatId=1734)

GFX card: DiabloTek ATI Radeon 9660XT, 256mb (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1282028&CatId=0)

RAM: Ultra 512mb PC3200 400mhz x2 (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=586829&Sku=ULT30215)

HDD: Hitatchi 80gb 7200 RPM (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=115347)

CD burner: samsung 52x32x52 (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1226537&CatId=87)

CPU cooler (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1367731&CatId=1187)

Case and PS: Ultra BLue Dragon, 3 case fans, Ultra X-Connect w/UV cables, 500w (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1419039&Sku=ULT30966-X-500-BL)

I plan to use this for moderate gaming, and just normal stuff. I'm on a ~$550 budget.

www.newegg.com has better deals sometimes, you might want to check there.

If your looking to build a gaming rig i'd get rid off that graphics card and get an ATI 9800 pro at least :) Also that harddrive is pretty slow, you may wanna go with a bigger brand name like maxtor or western digital. Also the RAM PC3200 is the correct speed, but ive never heard of that brand name, you should look into buying a better make if you can afford it...apart from that it looks fine!

You've never heard of Ultra? They're like one of the biggest ram makers out there. I have the same memory in my current rig and it works just fine. I would love to get some Corsair, but that stuff costs an arm and a leg. As for the gfx card, I was really happy with my crappy 9250...I'm sure that the 6600XT will be more than sufficient. I'm not really doing hard-core gaming or anything, just like halo, hitman 3, and maybe HL2 if I can get it. Thanks for the suggestion. Anything that I can get now will be better than what I have currently. Thanks guys!

Also, can I transfer my current hard drive to my new computer without any hassles?

Get corsair ram, and western digital raptor hard drives, or instead of that XT get a 9800 pro.

I definately don't have enough money to get Corsair ram, and much less a 9800 pro. I'm only on a ~$550 budget here.
