I need help installing the software is says install error and then stops. I have a hp 1315xi all in one.
Check too see if you have the updated drivers, I've found this too be the problem when setting up many printers. ( http://www.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html?pageDisplay=drivers)
Make sure too close all pending documents too be printed. This might help your error youve been encountering.
