Which Final Fantasy games has everyone here played/beaten?
Beat FF7 twice (favorite game)
Playing FF8 right now (on disk 2)
Played most of disk one of FF9
Beat FF10
Beat FF10-2 I think 5 times
Currently waiting for FF12, and then for 1 and 2 to come out on Gameboy Advance.

I have finished FF7 on PS1. When i first got my ps1, I was young, and didn't know what it was about, but I started playing it a bit later and it was awesome. I still think that FF7 is the best FF, although I haven't played ALL of the others.

X-2 is really easy(compared to X). Takes about the same time to beat, but thats only if you look at the clock in the game. It actually takes alot less time cause you'll probably never be killed. You won't need to fight the same boss for 3 days before beating it.
Has anyone noticed this about X-2? (don't worry, this isn't really a spoiler. you can keep reading) Rikku and Yuna are cousins. Brother is Rikku's brother. So if brother has a crush on Yuna...he likes his cousin?
Also, you'll have to put up with some lame jokes throughout the game. The only funny joke in the game is when a hypello says "Yuna has a good looking backshide, yesh?
The gameplay is pretty good though. Thats what matters.

Minion, have you played FF III? My older brother considers it the best in the series, and so do many others. He's beaten it around 5-6 times. It is only for Super Nintendo (not ported to anything else), and is quite rare. We actually have a copy of it. Good news though: FF III is coming out for the new Nintendo DS! :toocool:

On another note, have you heard about the sequel to FF VII? It takes off 3 years after the original game ended (1 year after the CGI flick Advent Children), and stars Vincent Valentine as the main character. It is not an RPG, but more of a action/stealth game. It sounds cool in theory but who knows how it will actually play.

almost done with ff tactics advance..the gay rule system made me lose my interest
ff8 i only got like 7 hours into it and i quit...ill beat it someday
ff4 playing right now...along with chrono trigger. i want ff12, i wont get ff11 cuz i dont want to pay the online fees. or else id have it by now.By far the best RPG series.

Ya, thats why I don't want FF11. If I already payed for a game, I don't wanna have to keep paying while I play.
Ya, I heard about the new FF7 sequal. Theres also supposed to be a FF7 based game for PSP, but nobody knows anything about it yet.
And no, I havn't played FF3. Anyone played 6? I heard it's almost as good as 7, but the story lines are very similar. I found a copy at Best Buy a couple weeks ago, but I was broke. I'll go buy it sometime next week probably.
As far as Advent Children goes, I can't wait to see it. My Japanese isn't that good, so it would be a waste for me to order a copy form Japan, or download it. Guess I'll have to wait for the English version.

I saw a gmae at K-Mart a couple of months ago for the PS1 and it had FF2,3,4 on it (I think it was those, but something around there)

From what ikno,they remade ff1-2 on origins, ff3 is in japan, ff4 and chrono trigger are on "final fantasy chronicles" ff5-6 are "finaly fantasy anthology" then the rest are seperate

I beat FF8 And FF10 AND 10-2. I loved this game.Tactics I hate.

I kno alot of ppl that do. I think its fun and different.I think its one of those games u either love or hate....in my case i love it.

I love Final Fantasy Tactics, and I had XI online but my computer sucks :( .

Tactics is a great game, but people don't like it because they expect it to be like the other FF games.
Thats why it sold so well. People bought it because it had the FF name on it.

To be honest thats y i bought it...i got my first FF from audiokid for my b-day....ff9...then i saw fftactics at walmart and bought it..i loved it hto...thats when i decided to get ffx..i got taht for christmas....then i got ff7 in the summer....ffX-2 taht november...then i borrowed ff8...returned it...and now imborrowing ffchronicles.havnt played it for a month.....ff4 or chrono trigger....im kinda waiting to get star ocean and GTA san andreas

Any of u have experience with Star ocean...is it good? no matter what u say ill probably get it any ways but i just want to kno some stuff before i get it.

The only 2 FF games I really like are FF2 and 3 (US versions). Can't beat the originals.
