Calendar program?

Does anybody know of a really good calendar making program for the PC? I need something that can make good printable pages with visual embellishment, and also save in a Web format. It's also important that it be able to support recurring events, like something that happens every week, or every 2 weeks, or on the 2nd and 4th weekends of the month.

Just a thought but what about the "new" forum's software available calendar?

Need a printable version, and if it was built into the forum, there would have to be multiple of them (I need to do multiple distinct calendars).
