Adobe Premiere 6.5

I just got it, but the help files that come with it aren't much help. Is there a place online that could give me some good tips on howto use premiere?

It's not an easy program to use. I'm an experienced editor, and I still have problems with understanding how to use some of its features. I just stick to my $80 software. Not to mention Premiere doesn't have a major feature I need, automatic scene detection.

What about Vegas? Some other video editors told me it's easier than Adobe Premiere, but with alot of the same features.
