I was wondering how many people wanted to get the nintendo DS or the playstation PSP.

Whats with the DS's 2 screens? I just found out about the system just now because of this topic.

The DS has two screens to allow a new kind of gameplay. Each one is powered by its own processor, one 2D, one 3D. The bottom screen is a touch screen to navigate menus and control games. The top screen displays the game. Either can display 3D, which allows multiple views or an extension of the gameplay, like in a pinball game. It is also Wi-Fi enabled like the PSP. It plays all GBA games. The graphics will surpass the N64. It'll be awesome. Plus you guys know that every game Nintendo makes for it will rock. :toocool:

lol, i want to get animal crossing, and metroid prime. Darn it, i was hoping this would remain in the lounge, and not in the computer section.

ohh, the psp is going to be like $350. Thats one of the reasons why im getting the DS.

DS all the way. Its got quite a few advantages over the PSP, but dont get me wrong, the PSP is an awesome piece of hardware. But Nintendo has been leading the handheld front for years, so I think they have a bit of a jump on Sony. Only time will tell what happens though.:)

PSP just for Gran Turismo 4 mobile, Twisted Metal, Ridge Racer... So many classic games with graphics that are close to PS2's. PSP!!
