Computer Problem

Ok ............. A the title states im having problems.
I have dial up ,and when i go to log on, it logs onto the internet fine and then when I want to go to urc it says the Page Can not be displayed . It does that not only to urc but to Yahoo , netscape, Towerhobbies , and other websites. I just cant seem to figure out what the problem is . Any Help would be Real NICE!!!

Do you have cookies enabled? That could be one reason.

your tcp/ip protocol stack could be screwed up. if you are still having problems drop me an email at mondieu01@hotmail.com. I'll tell you how to fix it.
