Does anyone know of a good tool for removing spyware and adware, preferably free? I seem to have picked up a few things that I can't find and get rid of on my own, and it's rather annoying. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I just gave adaware a try, and it seems to have done the trick. Thanks guys!
thats what i use
DO NOT use Spy Hunter. Its pretty much you pay $30 for even more troubles. It ruiened my Dell.
