I have an old 95 acer open. (ya i know dont laugh) and i cant watch videos, download files, or anything. It says my security settings wont allow me to. I went to internet explorer, set my intranet, trusted sites, and restricted sites to low, that didnt work. I went into custom and enabled file downloads. Still nothing. Can someone help me PLEASE?!
