Anyway, I've heard of the game, and it sounds awesome. Rockstar has a great reputation, and there's no way this could be a major letdown. I wish I had a PS2.

in some pictures i have seen of it you can ride bikes, also there will be 5 person drive-by's... looks like it gonna be another bloodbath of a game.

Its gonna be gay, its based off of a "gangster" the lowest form of anti law abiding person... Vice city was sucessfull becuase it focus upon a respectable "Mofia" theme.. now ganster is just stupid... And for all da boyz in da hood, this game is fo U' .... Word to the hizzie.

This game is gonna rule! San Andreas is actually a state [in GTA], and get this- it contains THREE full-size cities plus backroads! The cities are based on San Francisco (with huge hills), Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. You can even swim! :toocool:

it looks like a good game. being able to swim is good and the 3 cities are too. the thing i dont really like is that you have to feed your character, feed him too much and he gets fat, too little and he dies, seems like too much work for those who just want to play. but on the plus side you acn rob houses for a little extra cash and im sure theres plenty of businesses to own and youll actually operate them this time.

The game looks incredible. Aside from what everyone else is saying, the biggest thing developers are working on is linear gameplay. I still regularly play GTA3 and there's a distinct difference between "not on a mission" and "on a mission.: That difference should be pretty much eliminated in San Andreas.

I think I'll be buying a PS2 for this one. I felt left out in Vice City, but I read the full review in Game Informer a while back, and I ain't gonna miss this one. I might have waited for the X Box, but its more $ than the PS2. Even used. And cheaper is better, after all. Supposed to have three full cities, plus ALL THE LAND BETWEEN. You'll actually be able to drive from one to the other. How awsome is that? This is exactly the kind of free form game I love. I'm sure their are missions, but I'm gonna enjoy just driving around town. After stealing a Ferrari, of course:).

driving around is my favorite part of the games. just driving around and getting used to the roads, and scenery. then come the missions after i get used to things a bit.
