Lets say that I have a picture of a person...but I want to put a different head (lets say michael jackson's) on him from the internet. Can I do that in PS? If so, how? Thanks.

well a quick way to do it and it look 1/2 decent is use the magnetic laso tool and trace around the head....dont worry if it goes too far out or in at first. Complete the outline, and then get the elyptical marquee tool and hold shift and drag the circle to "push" the lines to conform to how you want them...if you want them to come in...right click and go to "select inverse" (right click on the work area).
Once you got the head......Edit-----> Copy and move to the pic of ur friend who you are going to ruin for like ;) and resize as needed.....
You can make it looks nice and professions but that will take too much time for my lazy southan behind :toocool:

Uhh, zoom in , take your time, and use the free hand selection tool. Then free transform the face photo to match the old on, paste in on, and slight blur the edges if the picture of the new face is of a higher quality than the old one.
also , alt and shift work for adding/removing selections.
