ARGHHHHHHHHHH...... i am too stingy (sp?) to spend money on a pop up blocker and i was wondering what the best and free pop up block is and where could i download it.... thanks

IM using the Google Pop-up blocker and it works great! Its included in the google Tool bar . You can download it from http://toolbar.google.com/ .

Amen! I use that one, works great. As long as the pop-ups are based in your browser, it works flawlessly. If they're the result of adware that has attached itself to your computer, it won't work.

I use Hitware Popup Killer Lite, It's blocked everything i've thrown at it.

HAHAHA. best pop up blocker go to http://www.mozilla.org download mozilla and install the pop-up blocker plugin. Yeah it's netscape based but it's a heck of alot better than internet explorer and once the popup blocker is installed NOTHING gets through.

I ahve the google one....no popups and 1,568 and counting...

I just tried out the google one and it's HORRIBLE! It blocked 2 popups out of about 10. Don't waste your time with it, get a decent blocker.
