File on my computer that I cannot delete :(

There is a file on my computer that I cannot delete. If I try it says something else is using it and it is busy. It gives that error even after a restart. I am thinking maybe I can delete it while in safe mode. Does anyone know? Thanks for your help.

Think what else may be using, and clsoe it. If theres nothing, then yeah you should be able to delete in in safe mode.

First, close every open application and all the processes that you know won't cause an automatic restart. Then, try safe mode.

Does anyone have the golden place casino? I try to delete it, but it doesnt work. I dont know what to do, so im leaving it on my computer.

did you go to MY COMPUTER>Controll Panel>Add/remove programs?

I know what I am doing in safe mode, there are just files that are programed to to avoid termination. I had my friend write a program for me in VB to force delete those types of files, I helped out a bit, I made the interface ;), anyway, just after I got it off I noticced that there is a program called DR.Delete. Lol, w/e, it was fun writing in VB.
