Obviously some kind of Pokemon-themed Game Boy Color.....my guess is that it came in a package with an older Pokemon game- maybe Yellow.

Yea, that is possible. I was thinking that Gold and Silver were Advanced games, but just realized they're not.

EDIT: Perhaps you have a rare item on your hands. All of the GBCs I found on ebay that were "Pokemon Edition" didn't have Pichu on them.

im putting it on ebay tonight for 3 days,so ill have money on monday for the mall.im scared to put a buy it now on it because i have no clue on what its worth... i called nintendo about it and they said only a few were made!
