Startup and Shutdown sounds....

Is there a way to change the sounds that it makes when you shut down and start up your comouter? I downloaded some sounds from www.homestarrunner.com , and when I start it up, I want it to say "Somebody get this freakin duck away from me!" and when it shuts down, I have this sound that says "It's about time. You should go outside or something. Nerd.".


EDIT: I got the shutdown sound to play the one I wanted, but the startup sound won't work.

start-cntrol pannel-sounds and audio devices-click the sounds tab-then find the "start windows" selection, you can choose to disable or select your own sound- for shut down select the "exit windows" selection- you can acctually change al of the systems sounds from there.

Nevermind, I got it. Thanks anyway! (it was because the startup sound I wanted was .mp3 so I used a different one that was .wav . I also replaced the sound when Outlook express is finished checking your mail, it saya "Electronic Mail!!!"
