WOW! Have any of you heard of this car?

I was just looking around the other day and I came up on this car.Volkswagen W12 (http://www.highresautoimages.com/volkswagen/w1210.html)
I was quite shocked at the performance of this thing! I didnt think Volkswagen would ever make a car like that.:eek: Its every bit as powerfull as a Mclaren F-1. Its funny, the bottom of the front end looks like a saleen S7 but the headlghts scream volkswagen.

I didn't notice that. But the saleen is a rip-off mclaren with 27 gills.

actually its very Dub like. back in the 40's you may have heard of a small company called Porsche? Tehy were originally a part of VW's lineup. they were the sport model, much like Acura is the sportier Hinda's. same deal. only i think in the 70's they branched off, but in the spirit of TRUE dubs,its very muvh in their nature....

associateddrivr i have to agree with that, i would definately push my Capri (so its mercury, under the hood its nuttin but a Stoker Mustang GT 5.0L 302 bored to 308) to the nearest place to get it fixed then even hitch a ride in any chevy, unless it was a 1968 Corvette Roadster Maco edition

back on topic: the engine in the w12 is pretty sweet. 12 cylinders in a w formation. 6 overhead cams anyone?
