I finaly got my permit today!!! I'm so happy!! This is the first time I took the test today, and I passed. I can't wait until 6 months when I can get my liscense. :D Any advice for the driving test?

im taking drivers ed so i dont have to take the drivers test. but wow u only have to have your permit for 6 months? i have to have mine awhole year

Yeah, you only have to have for 6 months in mississippi before you can get your intermediate liscense.

my buddy has a 76 baja bug. With 33's on the rear and 30's up front. And we jump it all the time it is bad. Ill see if i can get some pics of it and post them. I start classes for my permit next month whoo hoo
I'm already on my permit and can have my license by December 23. Yes, there is the 6 month thing here in Michigan. I got a nice 1990 GMC 1500 pick-up truck I'm rebuilding(rebuilt trans, .40 bored over rebuilt engine w/ large valves, came with a posi-drive rear end and an aluminum drive shaft).

Welll....i still can;t get my permit...i'm the yougest kid in our grade, but i still know how to drive really well....better then some kids who have taken drivers ed and i am learning stick...I do no tgo on streets, just big parking lots...pricvate parking lots so i don't send my parents to jail...that would suck....It is my churches parking lot, we know the owner and he loves me so he said i could as long as i don, tbreak anything.
The driving test is a joke. I wouldn' t call myself a good driver, yet I didn't get any points off. Just don't touch anything like the radio or A/C while in the car...instant fail.

For your driving test just stay within the lines, dont speed, or do anything that seems to be stupid.

it was a joke for me to have a permit. Had it from 14-16 (iowa law) I barely learned anything new for that two years. Mostly because I had been driving around the farm since I was 12. Hell when I was 13 i got told to follow the tractor with the pickup out to the feild. Not a real uncommon thing out here in the boonies
