Novice Forza & Gran Tourismo question

Is Forza only available on the playstation and x-box platform, and is Gran Tourismo available on the playstation platform as well? I want one of these games, but only have a comp. to play any games on. I had NFS underground on the family computer, but it won't transfer to my laptop because I don't have an access code that was on the box anymore. Wouldn't mind getting another NFS game, but I've played Forza and really like it. What do you all think and/or suggest?

EDIT: nevermind, Forza and GT aren't available for PS and/or Xbox, but no pc. I was kinda thinking that, but...
Looked at NFS shift, and I think I'll just stick w/ underground and try to get it downloaded on my labtop somehow. Too expensive for shift (I don't really buy video games much).

Forza is Xbox-exclusive and GT is PS-exclusive.

For cheap motorsports entertainment for the PC, consider Dirt (if you like rally & raid) or Grid (if you like road racing) from Codemasters. Dirt was version 6 of the Colin McRae Rally series, the most accurate rally simulator ever. Less than half of the racing is head-to-head, though; more is against the clock. There's a Dirt 2 out now but since that's a recent release it'd be more expensive. Grid is halfway between an arcade game like NFS and a simulator, and is fun and has good graphics.
